Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
• If there are delays due to high order volume or supply chain issues, we will notify you promptly via email.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
• We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
• Overnight Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1 business day (if ordered before 12:00 PM PST).
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
International Shipping
• We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
• Additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply for international orders. Customers are responsible for these charges.
Tracking Your Order

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Return Process

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, we may have already processed your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
